1. Order Cancellation Process
We understand that circumstances may change. For orders placed through our Urbankart platform or integrated channels, we follow a streamlined cancellation workflow to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Terms of Cancellation
- Standard Window: Requests must be made within 2 to 12 hours of placement, before processing starts.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order is marked as 'Shipped' and a tracking ID is generated, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Refunds & Credits
For successfully cancelled orders, Urbankart will initiate a full refund to the original payment method or wallet.
Note: Refunds typically reflect in 5-7 business days depending on your bank's processing time.
